We will be showcasing works that were newly acquired by the museum through purchases and donations last year.

[Collection Highlights]
We will be showcasing all of the museum's masterpieces. This year's featured artist is Umetaro Azechi. Please enjoy our diverse collection, which includes works by local artists and overseas artists.

[Natural Lines, Forms, and Colors in Japanese Art]
We will be showcasing Japanese art from the early modern to modern periods, focusing on designs inspired by natural objects such as plants.

Alphonse Mucha Exhibition

Approximately 500 items will be on display, including posters, decorative panels, magazines, and design books by Alphonse Mucha (1860-1939), a representative painter of Art Nouveau, some of which will be shown in Shikoku for the first time.
There will also be a special exhibition on Sugiura Hisui (1876-1965, born in Matsuyama City), a designer influenced by Mucha.
